Miffa Salter

Miffa is a highly experienced facilitator and a qualified executive coach.

Over the past fifteen years, she has predominantly worked with teams involved in the design, development and management of urban areas including clients from across the public, private and voluntary sectors. Miffa is particularly specialised in developing and monitoring public / customer involvement initiatives.

Miffa has a First Class Honours Degree from the London School of Economics. She has previously held positions as: Senior Fellow at the Office for Public Management, an independent management consultancy; Head of Research and Marketing at the Civic Trust; Senior Planner at Colin Buchanan and Partners (CBP), a transport, planning and architectural consultancy; and Research Assistant at the University of Westminster. Miffa has also completed secondments with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA).
