Andrena Cumella

Andrena is a highly experienced facilitator and qualified coach with a reputation for vigour, creativity and insight in her approach to working with clients. She has fifteen years of both national and international experience specialising in all aspects of leadership and management development.

Andrena works extensively with leaders across the public and private sectors delivering programmes with a particular emphasis on culture change. She is also particularly experienced in helping clients to review and address issues relating to personal impact, presentation and communication.

Andrena has previously held posts as Senior Fellow at the Office for Public Management, an independent London based management consultancy; as a Principal with ARA Consultants (Toronto, Canada ); as Chief Executive of a voluntary organisation; and, as a college tutor. She holds a Masters Degree from the University of Toronto. Andrena is a trustee on the board of Youth-Music-Theatre UK and a Patron of the Chitra Lane School for Special Needs Children in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
