Mary Tetlow
Mary is an experienced facilitator and a trained coach. Her work focuses
on executive leadership, management development, and organisational change. She
is particularly specialised in the psychological aspects of acceptance of - and
resistance to - change.
Mary has over twenty years of management experience in the public sector. Previously
she held posts as Senior Fellow at the Office for Public Management and Executive
Director of the Public Management Foundation. From 1996 – 2000, Mary
was a senior manager in the British Council acting as Director in the Czech Republic.
She currently works part time as Deputy Director at the Office of Public Services
Reform in the Cabinet Office and is leading a high profile project to develop
a Customer Satisfaction Index for public services.
Mary holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and is studying psychoanalytic
approaches to organisational consultancy. She also holds a Diploma in
Management from Henley University.
