We are licensed to administer a full range of psychological assessments including individual aptitude and personality profiling.
Our leadership courses are tailored to meet the precise needs of our clients and their businesses. Delivered on or off site, over a course of weeks or months, the programmes we design build the capacity and capabilities of both the individual and the group. Alongside core components, we offer specialist sessions on resilience, trust, personal impact/brand, effective influencing and, creative thinking. We are always adding new hot topics to our list!
We design and facilitate one-off group events, specialising in board and executive team away days. Our approach is outcome-focused, structured and challenging. Our highly experienced facilitators have the expertise and objectivity to get results from even the most challenging of audiences. Their aim is to engage everyone in the room in a way which is both constructive and progressive.
